Quality Manager
Overall Purpose
We are seeking a dedicated Quality Manager to lead the implementation and integration of quality standards across all operational processes. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with the leadership team to align operational activities with the organisation’s quality objectives, establish and maintain an effective Quality Management System (QMS), and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Principal Responsibilities
- Collaborate with operations teams to embed quality principles into daily activities and decision-making.
- Ensure that production processes consistently meet regulatory, safety, and quality standards.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify, investigate, and resolve quality-related issues impacting operations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the quality team to foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor and drive performance through quality-related KPIs, ensuring alignment with departmental goals.
- Support operations by overseeing customer site installations and tooling verifications, ensuring delivery standards are met.
- Manage and maintain the QMS, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
- Guarantee the consistent delivery of products that meet or exceed customer specifications.
- Promote a “right-first-time” mindset, encouraging proactive quality practices across all departments.
- Manage internal and external audits, ensuring timely resolution of any non-conformances and maintaining audit readiness.
Key Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
Essential Experience
- 3–5 years’ experience in operational quality management or a similar role.
- Proven track record of improving quality and achieving key performance metrics.
- Strong understanding and practical application of Quality Management Systems.
- Proficiency in quality tools such as FMEA and root cause analysis.

- Strong leadership and team-building skills with experience in creating high-performing teams.
Technical & Analytical Skills
- Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and analytical thinking.
